Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact the respective store for refund inquiries.
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Flowmodoro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowmodoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
